چکیده
Philodendron bipinnatifidum Schott ex Endl. is a popular ornamental plant that normally propagated by tissue culture methods. However, the growth and acclimatization of micropropagated plants are tarrying processes. Therefore, in present study we examined effect arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) Gigaspora albida G. marginata on success establishment, growth, development P. plantlets during phase. AMF had significantly more leaves (10.67 per plant), leaf area (75.63 cm2), height (14.17 cm), shoot fresh weight (3.30 g) dry (0.31 g), according to an analysis characteristics. In comparison, non-AMF lower values for these metrics. addition, longer main roots (23 total length plantlet (485.73 average root diameter (4.58 mm) plantlet, number tips (236) plant, surface (697.76 volume (79.98 cm3), (1.51 (0.16 than plants. AMF-treated showed better performance gas exchange, chlorophyll, carotenoid content. These results emphasize need mycorrhization promote vegetative especially stage.

Relationships between leaf conductance to CO2 diffusion and photosynthesis in micropropagated grapevine plants, before and after ex vitro acclimatization.
In vitro-cultured plants typically show a low photosynthetic activity, which is considered detrimental to subsequent ex vitro acclimatization. Studies conducted so far have approached this problem by analysing the biochemical and photochemical aspects of photosynthesis, while very little attention has been paid to the role of leaf conductance to CO(2) diffusion, which often represents an import...
متن کاملMorphophysiologicals Problems in Acclimatization of Micropropagated Plants in -Ex Vitro Conditions- A Reviews
Plant tissue culture refers to growing and multiplication of cells, tissues and organs of plants on defined solid or liquid media under aseptic and controlled environment. Micropropagation allows rapid production of high quality, disease-free and uniform planting material. The micropropagation of high quality planting materials of ornamentals, and forest and fruit trees has created new opportun...
متن کاملNaphthenic acids inhibit root water transport, gas exchange and leaf growth in aspen (Populus tremuloides) seedlings.
Effects of sodium naphthenates (NAs) on root hydraulic conductivity (Lp) and gas exchange processes were examined in aspen (Populus tremuloides Michx.) seedlings grown in solution culture. Exposure of roots to NAs for 3-5 weeks significantly decreased Lp and stomatal conductance. Root-absorbed NAs also decreased leaf chlorophyll concentration, net photosynthesis and leaf growth. Short-term (< o...

The present study was conducted to test the effect of Ascophyllum nodosum extract on the growth of Robinia pseudoacasia L., ornamental tree. In vitro and ex vitro clonal multiplication of Robinia pseudoacasia L. was achieved using embryonic axes and seeds as explants, respectively. Factors affecting shoot and root production of R. pseudoacasia L. were investigated by comparing various growth re...
متن کاملEffects of in vivo mycorrhization on micropropagated fruit tree rootstocks
In order to establish an endomycorrhizal symbiosis on micropropagated plants and to evaluate its effect on plant growth and survival, three rootstocks belonging to the Prunus genus were used: M51 (P. dulcis), GF677 (P. persica×P. dulcis) and cv Citation (P. domestica×P. persica). The plants were micropropagated and in vitro rooted. Spores of Glomus mosseae (LMSS) and Scutellospora calospora (SC...
